Activepieces
Deploy Activepieces on Polyer to build no-code automations between your business apps. The template runs the public Activepieces 0.75.0 service with private PostgreSQL 18 and Redis services; flows, connections and run history are stored in PostgreSQL. Review the default code execution mode before deploying.
What you can use it for
- Copy new form submissions or orders into a CRM, spreadsheet or team chat.
- Let non-developers build approval and notification flows from prebuilt pieces and webhooks.
What this template creates
ghcr.io/activepieces/activepieces:0.75.0postgres:18-alpineredis:7-alpineConfiguration to review
This template has no additional declared inputs. Review the generated variables, endpoints and resource settings in the deployment form.
How to deploy
- Select Configure deployment and sign in or create an account.
- Choose a new or existing project and select an available region.
- Review services, required inputs, storage and compatibility warnings. Submit the deployment only when the configuration is ready.
- Inspect deployment logs, complete the application's setup and test its endpoints before production use.
Operating this application
- Register as soon as the generated domain responds, because the first account to sign up becomes the platform owner.
- Back up the PostgreSQL volume and keep the generated AP_ENCRYPTION_KEY and AP_JWT_SECRET values unchanged; a different encryption key leaves saved connections unreadable, and a new JWT secret signs users out.
- Code steps run with AP_EXECUTION_MODE set to UNSANDBOXED, so give flow-editing access only to trusted users; the image is pinned to 0.75.0, so back up the database before moving to a newer release.
Hosting costs
CPU, memory, storage and network usage contribute to your bill. The selected region affects resource prices. A multi-service template incurs usage for each service; external APIs and software licenses are separate.

This deployment configuration comes from Coolify's Apache-2.0 licensed open template collection and is adapted through Polyer's compose importer.
Static compatibility analysis is not a live application verification. Test your chosen configuration and recovery workflow before using it for production.
